1. Our Community
Real Tadka is built for visual expression, discovery and entertainment. These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour and content expected from everyone using the Platform. They apply to posts, videos, comments, profiles, messages, live interactions and other user activity.
2. Respect and Safety
Treat people with dignity. Do not threaten, harass, shame, stalk, dox, exploit or encourage harm against others. Content targeting people with hateful or dehumanising attacks based on protected characteristics is not allowed.
3. Content Not Allowed
Do not post or promote content involving:
- Illegal activity, credible threats, violent wrongdoing or instructions that create serious harm
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or sexually explicit content involving minors
- Graphic violence presented primarily to shock, celebrate or encourage harm
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, deceptive offers or dangerous misinformation
- Sale or promotion of prohibited goods or services
- Personal information shared without a lawful basis or consent
4. Authenticity and Misleading Content
Use an identity that does not deceive people. Parody, fan and commentary accounts should be clear about their nature. Do not manipulate engagement, misrepresent edited media as authentic where harm is likely, or coordinate deceptive behaviour.
5. Protecting Minors
We apply heightened safety standards to content involving minors. Never sexualise, exploit, groom, endanger or reveal sensitive information about a child. Accounts must meet the minimum age requirement stated in our Terms.
6. Rights and Ownership
Post only content you created or have permission to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity and other rights. Crediting a creator does not replace permission.
7. Spam, Automation and Manipulation
Do not use bots, fake engagement, repetitive comments, mass follows, misleading links, scraping or coordinated manipulation. Genuine discovery depends on authentic participation.
8. Premium and Original Entertainment Content
Real Tadka Originals, licensed web series and paid short dramas are protected content. Screen recording, copying, re-uploading, selling access, sharing credentials to bypass payment, or distributing premium episodes outside authorised features is prohibited.
9. Enforcement
Depending on context and severity, we may remove content, limit features or distribution, restrict purchases, issue warnings, suspend accounts or permanently terminate access. We may preserve or disclose information where required by law or needed for safety.
10. Reporting and Appeals
Use in-app reporting tools where available or contact support@realtadka.app. Include relevant usernames, links, screenshots or transaction details. Available appeal options may vary by decision and jurisdiction.
