1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Real Tadka. By accessing or using our website, mobile application or related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Real Tadka, you must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate registration information. Additional age restrictions may apply to particular content or purchases.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, not impersonate another person or entity, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may request verification or take steps to protect an account.
4. Platform Usage
Real Tadka allows users to create, share and discover photos and videos, interact with others, and access entertainment content including short dramas or web series. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights and safety of others.
5. Content Ownership and Rights
a. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting content, you grant Real Tadka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure and promote the Platform, subject to your settings and applicable law. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where continued use is necessary for technical, legal or legitimate operational reasons.
b. Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate where presented as factual, and does not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual property or other rights. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
6. Paid Content and In-App Purchases
Select web series, short dramas, episodes, virtual items or premium features may require payment. Before purchase, applicable pricing, currency and access information will be displayed in the app or by the relevant app store or payment provider.
- Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use and may not be transferred, resold, shared or redistributed.
- Access may depend on your account remaining active, compatible devices, internet availability and rights held by Real Tadka.
- Do not record, copy, download, rebroadcast or circumvent technical protections unless an authorised feature expressly permits it.
- Taxes, billing, cancellations and refunds may be handled by the app store or payment provider used for the transaction.
- Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law, the relevant provider’s rules and our Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, defamatory, deceptive or seriously misleading content
- Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit or harm other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, identity or authority
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights
- Use the Platform for fraud, scams, unauthorised commercial activity or manipulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data
- Interfere with security, functionality, availability or moderation systems
- Use bots, scrapers, automated tools or bulk collection without written permission
- Circumvent purchase controls, content protections, geographic restrictions or access limits
8. Content Moderation and Removal
We may review, restrict, label, reduce distribution of, remove or preserve content that violates these Terms, our policies, law or safety requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. Moderation decisions may use automated tools and human review, and errors may occur. Available appeal or reporting options will be described in the Platform.
9. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Real Tadka infringes your copyright, contact us with enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement and any other information required by applicable law.
10. Privacy
Your use of Real Tadka is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected and used.
11. Real Tadka Intellectual Property
The Platform’s software, design, brand, logos, interfaces, original entertainment content and other materials, excluding user-generated content, belong to Real Tadka or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, publicly perform or commercially exploit these materials without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
The Platform may include links or integrations with app stores, payment providers and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, content, policies or practices. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or engage in harmful conduct. You may delete your account through available settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licences, disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous availability of any particular content, complete accuracy of user-generated content, or that the Platform will meet every expectation. Use is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Real Tadka and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights and dispute-resolution requirements.
