1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases of web series, short dramas, episodes, virtual items or other premium features offered through Real Tadka. It should be read with our Terms of Use.
2. Digital Content
Digital content is generally non-refundable once access has been provided, playback has begun, a consumable item has been used, or the purchase has otherwise been substantially delivered, except where required by applicable law or the rules of the app store or payment provider.
3. Situations Eligible for Review
We may review a refund request where:
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction
- Payment was completed but eligible content access was not provided after reasonable troubleshooting
- A technical issue caused a clearly incorrect purchase
- The transaction was unauthorised and promptly reported
- Applicable law or the payment provider requires a refund
A review does not guarantee approval. We may request account, device, transaction or support information to investigate.
4. Purchases Through App Stores
When a purchase is billed by Apple, Google or another app store, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to that provider and will be governed by its terms. Real Tadka may not be able to issue a refund for a transaction it did not directly process.
5. Requesting a Review
Contact support@realtadka.app as soon as possible and include your Real Tadka username, transaction identifier, purchase date, item purchased, payment provider and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full card or banking credentials.
6. Processing and Access
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the app store, payment provider and financial institution. Refunded or reversed content may be removed from your account, and related benefits may be cancelled.
7. Abuse Prevention
We may deny requests connected to fraud, repeated misuse, account sharing, content piracy, chargeback abuse or violations of our Terms. Serious misuse may lead to account restrictions.
